Introducing the town of Soka

This is Science Home Soka store. Today we'll be doing "totomomo bakery".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I mentioned before, "totomomo bakery" opened this March inside "Soka-juku Imayo Honjin," which is about a 20-second walk from Science Home Soka store.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The shop's logo is so cute, featuring a rabbit sleeping peacefully wrapped in fluffy bread dough!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm currently obsessed with this loaf of bread 🍞. Lol

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm not particularly fond of hard-crusted breads or savory breads, so when I visit a new bakery, I usually buy either a loaf of white bread or a baguette. However, ever since I tried totomomo's white bread, I've been eating it almost every day.

 

 

 

 

 

It's reasonably priced at 330 yen (tax included), and the chewy texture is irresistible. I eat it as is in sandwiches for the first two days after buying it, then toast it from the third day onwards... I eat two loaves in a week! (laughs)
