Introducing the town of Soka

This is Science Home Soka store. Today, we are announcing the "Soka City Walking Tour."

 

 

 

 

 

On Sunday, October 12th, 2025, the "Soka Town Walking Tour" will be held, where you can enjoy the nationally designated scenic spot "Soka Matsubara, a scenic spot on the Narrow Road to the Deep North" by foot and boat.

 

 

In addition to the experience of riding a Japanese boat and a guided tour where you can learn about the history and culture of the Soka Matsubara area, this half-day walking tour of the town also offers the opportunity to enjoy matcha green tea and Japanese sweets while looking out over the Soka Matsubara pine forest at the Sukiya-style Zensōan inn, and the opportunity to actually pick up local industry products as souvenirs at the Traditional Industry Exhibition Room, a facility that preserves the traditions of Soka's local industries.
