This time, I would like to report on the progress of the I-san residence in Tsukuba City.

 

 

 

Mr. I's house is a 1.5-story loft-type house.

 

 

 

Suitable for 2 to 4 families

 

 

 

In recent years, single-story houses have been gaining attention, but they require a larger plot of land than two-story houses.

 

 

 

It is often more expensive

 

 

 

In such cases, a loft-type home that combines the benefits of both a single-storey and two-storey home is a must-see.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the view from the second floor.

 

 

 

The wood color is dark brown.

 

 

 

The low brightness and subdued color give it a sense of dignity.

 

 

 

Dark brown will change color over time

 

 

 

As time passes, the flavor improves and becomes more appealing.

 

 

 

The interior is painted dark brown, but the natural light reflects off the sloped ceiling.

Science Home uses meter modules, so the length of each room is 2m.

 

 

 

It is larger than the shaku module and maintains a comfortable space.

 

 

 

The hybrid construction method provides greater strength, durability, and earthquake resistance.

 

 

 

Being able to check the construction progress gives you peace of mind as you can see the careful work of the craftsmen.
