Introducing the city of Soka

This is Science Home Soka. Today, we will introduce "Soka's biggest haunted house".

What is Shiki, the biggest haunted house in Soka?

There are no haunted houses in Soka, so if there aren't any, let's all make one and have fun! This project started last year, and the children come up with their own ideas and become ghosts. It is also designed so that people in wheelchairs can participate, so anyone can have fun.

Date and time: Sunday, August 24, 2025

Time: 10:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-4:00pm

Location: Miraton, 4-4-3 Matsubara, Soka City

Access: 15 minutes on foot from the west exit of "Dokkyo Daigaku-mae (Soka Matsubara)" station on the Tobu Skytree Line

Cost: Free

The Soka City Matsubara Children and Youth Exchange Center opened in January 2023.It is a center established with the aim of being a place where a wide range of generations can gather, mainly children and young people in their 30s.

For kids and adults who love scary things, why not try a scary experience at the end of summer?
