This is Science Home Soka store. Today, I would like to introduce a recommended bakery in Soka.

There are many bakeries in Soka, but the one I would like to introduce today is Bakery Mikazuki.

The store manager is friendly and funny,

The bread is made using the hotel's traditional recipe.

"Additive-free dough" made with 100% carefully selected Hokkaido butter by Mikazuki

This bread does not contain any yeast food or margarine!

The most popular item is the crispy and moist croissant.

This is such a popular item that 700 units will be sold out in three days at the "Bread Festival 2023 in Red Brick"♪

My personal recommendation is "Royal Bread"!

It's a chewy and sweet bread that's delicious even without any added sugar.
