Hello. This is Science Home Nagareyama store.
Mr. I's wish to have a soba restaurant on the first floor and living space on the second floor was fulfilled.
The soba restaurant is apparently very popular among locals.
The exterior has a refined, Japanese-modern look that lives up to the name of this famous restaurant.
The gate has a wooden lattice wall and a white shop curtain that stands out beautifully under the tiled eaves.
The living space is accessed by climbing the stairs on the north side of the building on the right.
The east side, which takes up about one-third of the first floor, is the entrance hall, which also provides access to the store's kitchen.
↑The attic mini loft is a visually unique living/dining/kitchen space.
Once you go up the stairs, you will find Mr. and Mrs. I's family's private space.

The living/dining/kitchen area with a mini loft that utilizes the attic is very unique.
The built-in shelves and TV are wall-mounted, and the kitchen is also wall-mounted.
We have adopted ideas that allow the floor space to be used spaciously and effectively.
The three private rooms for the family are decorated with fish and animal patterns to add a playful touch.
The bathrooms are grouped together on the west side of the building, creating a compact living space.
There are closets in every room, and decorative shelves have been installed in key locations.
