Introduction to Soka City

This is Science Home Soka store. Today, I'd like to show you some scenery I saw in the city.

This is a heartwarming scene I came across the other day at Denyu River, which flows right in front of Science Home Soka store.

Many ducks were swimming happily.

The Den'u River is a first-class river that is a tributary of the Ayase River, a part of the Tone River system that flows through Saitama Prefecture and Tokyo. It flows almost parallel to the Ayase River and joins the Kenaga River at Hanahata, Adachi Ward, Tokyo.

The cherry blossom trees along Denyu River are famous for the magnificent cherry blossoms that can be seen every year!

You can enjoy two types of cherry blossoms in Soka City and Kawaguchi City, separated by the Denyu River.

Soka City has Kawazu cherry blossoms, and Kawaguchi City has Angyo winter cherry blossoms.

The flowers are in full bloom again this year, so if you have time, please come and see them.
