🌲Barrier-free two-family wooden house with built-in wooden deck
Hello. This is Science Home Nagareyama store.
Mr. Y approached the construction of his house with the goal of creating a home that was solid and stately.
The built-in wooden deck in this large roofed mansion makes a striking presence.

The living room is in the middle, the dining room is on the right, and the mother's room is on the left.
The room is equipped with a wooden floor where a bed is placed and a relaxing tatami space.
A handrail has been installed along the pathway from the entrance.
⤵Entrance area with plenty of storage space
The living room is spacious and has an open feel with an open ceiling.
Apparently it's also a pleasure to walk barefoot on the barrier-free wooden floor.
The kitchen, with its large counter, is spacious and has a dining room-like atmosphere.
The distance is perfect, making it easy to carry freshly cooked food to the dining room or low table.
⤵Living room with access to wooden deck
On the second floor, in addition to the attic storage space, we also created a closet for the family to share.
Mr. Y reported, "To celebrate our new home, 20 family members, led by my mother, gathered together and enjoyed a drinking party."

I first came across Science Home at an exhibition center in another prefecture.
I was also shown the construction site and could feel the warmth of wood.

We built our house with these themes in mind.
During the design stage, we wanted to incorporate many of our wishes,
Some areas have been reduced due to legal regulations and budgetary constraints.
Not everything went as planned, but I'm very happy with the end result.
I am so satisfied that I feel like I would be punished if I asked for more!

サイエンスホームと出会ったのは他県の展示場。
現場も見せてもらい、木のぬくもりを感じました。
「どっしりとした風格がある家」
「吹き抜けのある家」
「風通しが良い家」
などをテーマにのぞんだ家づくり。
設計段階では多くの希望を取り入れようと思っていましたが、
法的規制や予算の関係で縮小した部分も…。
すべてが理想通りとはいきませんでしたが、とても満足のいく仕上がりになりました。
これ以上を望んだらバチが当たると思えるほど大満足です！
