Today we will introduce you to a cypress house with a down floor that is both stylish and easy to use.
The theme is a cool house surrounded by trees with a dark theme.

The visual magic of making the space look wider due to the difference in height.
The difference in height has a psychological effect of changing your mood.
It's a private space that gives a sense of openness and seclusion. 
The bathrooms are all on the west side of the floor plan.
A powder room where laundry can be dried is located along the traffic flow.
The space is separate from the changing room, so you can use it without hesitation even when your family is taking a bath. 
With ideas and ingenuity to utilize the space effectively, you can achieve a sense of spaciousness and openness.
The house we built is airtight, highly insulated, and has a zero-emissions house (ZEH) rating, and is also earthquake-resistant to level 3.
